How do I cancel a reservation?

If you know your reservation number, the arrival date and the names associated to this reservation:
1. Click on "View / Cancel " when you log onto www.etaphotel.com
2. Enter your reservation number
3. Cancel your reservation

To cancel your reservation now, click here.

In France, you can also cancel your reservation or by calling the express reservation telephone number
0 892 688 900 (EUR 0.34/min incl. all taxes), (for a reservation at an Etap Hotel in France).

If you do not know the information requested, contact the hotel concerned directly.

Up until what time can I cancel my reservation on the Internet?

Up till 6:00 pm (local time of the country where the hotel is located)by Internet or by contacting the hotel directly .

In United Kingdom: up till 2.00 pm (local time of the country where the hotel is located) by Internet or by contacting the hotel directly .

You can find the phone number by clicking on "Information" next to the name of the hotel.

How do I change a reservation made "on line"?

To change a reservation madeonline, you must first cancel it and make a new reservation, subject to availability in the hotel.

1. Click on "View / Cancel" when you log onto www.etaphotel.com.
2. Enter your reservation number
3. Cancel your reservation
4. Make a new reservation
