When can I access my room?

Your room will be ready for you at12 midday, on the day of your arrival, and until 12 midday, the day of your departure.

Which payment methods are accepted at the hotel?

Etap Hotels accept a very wide range of payment methods.
If you arrive during reception hours, you can pay in cash, by credit card, Eurocheques, Eurocard, Mastercard, CB/Visa, American Express, Carte Compliment and cheques vacances (Only in hotels which accept them. Book directly at hotel reception).

In Germany and Austria
- Cash (EURO), Mastercard, Visacard (NO Visa Electron), American Express, EC Card (PIN required), Traveller Cheques (EURO), Accor Compliments Cheques.

In Belgium
- Cash (Euros), Eurocard, Visa, American Express. (no cheque)

In the United Kingdom
- Visa, American Express, Eurocard.

In the Netherlands
- Cash (Euros), Visa, American Express, Eurocard, Mastercard.

In Poland
- Cash, Visa, Amex, Maestro, Mastercard, Visa electron.

In Switzerland
- Cash, Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, Postcard, American Express, Compliment card, EC-Karte.

In Spain
- Cash (Euros), Visa, American Express, Eurocard, Mastercard.

24 hours a day and 7 days a week (Except in Germany, from 12:00 am, and in Austria from 3:00 pm), you can access your room using the Automatic Check-In System**, located at the hotel entrance with your Eurocard-Mastercard, CB/Visa, American Express or Carte Compliment.

Is there a parking at the hotel?

Most of our hotels have a parking. Call the hotel you have chosen directly to find out if it has a car park.

Is there a special rate for young children?

Children are particularly pampered at Etap Hotel... 1 or 2 children under 12 can stay free of charge if they sleep in a parent's room, with a maximum of 3 persons per room. From 12 years, a child is considered as an adult.

I have a dog or a cat. Can it stay in my room? What are the conditions? Under what conditions?

Your dog (or cat) is accepted for an additional fee.
It may stay with you in your room. You should however keep it on leash in the common areas of the hotel and do not take it to the cafetaria section, for hygiene reasons.

All our hotels have a quota of non-smoking rooms.
Ask for one when you arrive at the hotel (subject to availability).

Are there telephones in the rooms?

Etap Hotel rooms are not equipped with telephones.
You will find at least a card-operated phone booth (telephone cards, credit cards, France Telecom cards)in all our hotels.
Inquire at the reception desk to find out where the telephone area is located.

Can I log onto the Internet in an Etap Hotel?

Of course, our hotels are equipped with wifi and/wire Internet connection.

- wifi : You will find wifi connection in most of our hotels.

In Germany :
Wi-Fi is free in the public areas and in the rooms (according to availability)

In the United Kingdom :
chargeable WiFi is available in the public areas

In France, Spain, the Netherlands and Switzerland :
wifi is paid for in the common area and in the connected rooms (according to availability)

- wire connection: In most of our hotels, you will find a telephone area equipped with a port for Internet connections. With your computer, your cable connection and your telephone card, you can surf the Net and even book your next stay in an Etap Hotel.

Is the price of breakfast included in the price of the room?

Etap Hotel prices do not include breakfast.
You can reserve your breakfast at the same time you book your room.

How can I know the price of breakfast?

There are no surprises at Etap Hotel, the price for breakfast is the same per person in all the hotels in a country. During your reservation, the breakfast option is offered in local currency.

Until what time do you serve the breakfast?

Is it possible to have lunch and dinner at the hotel?

In France :
Etap Hotels do not have restaurants.

A special offer at Ibis and Courtepaille restaurants is reserved for Etap Hotel customers. Inquire about it at your hotel reception desk.

If you feel like a snack, an automatic distributor of hot and cold beverages and snacks (candy, etc.) is available in the hotel.
