At Etap Hotel, we will welcome you at the reception desk:
In France:
- from 6:30 am to 11:00 am and from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm on weekdays (9:00 pm on Friday and eve of public holidays)
- from 7:30 am to 11:00 am and from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays
In Germany, Austria and Spain:
- from 6:30 am to 11:00 am and from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm on weekdays and saturday
- from 7:00 am to 11:00 am and from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm on Sundays and public holidays
In the UK:
- The reception is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
In Belgium, the Netherlands, Poland and Switzerland:
All day, every day.
In Hungary:
From 6:30 am to midnight every day.
In other countries:
- from 6:30 am to 11:00 am and from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm on weekdays
- from 7:00 am to 11:00 am and from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm on Sundays and public holidays
Outside these hours, the Automatic Check-In System*, located at the entrance to the hotel, allows you to access your room with the credit card you used to make your reservation.
* Starting at 12:00 am in Germany, and at 3:00 pm in Austria. There is no Automatic Check-In System in Hungary and Luxembourg.

Your room will be ready for you at 12 midday, on the day of your arrival until 12 midday, the day of your departure.

Etap Hotel accept a very wide range of payment methods.
If you arrive during reception hours, you can pay in cash, by credit card, Eurocheques, Eurocard, Mastercard, CB/Visa, American Express, Carte Compliment and cheques vacances*.
24 hours a day 7 days a week, you can access your room using the Automatic Check-In System**, located at the hotel entrance with your Eurocard-Mastercard, CB/Visa, American Express or Carte Compliment.
In Germany and Austria:
- Cash (EURO), Mastercard, Visacard (NO Visa Electron), American Express, EC Card (PIN required), Traveller Cheques (EURO), Accor Compliments Cheques.
In Belgium:
- Cash, MC, Visa, Amex. (No cheque)
In the United Kingdom:

In the Netherlands:

In Hungary:

Children are particularly pampered at Etap Hotel. 1 or 2 children under 12 can stay free of charge if they sleep in a parent's room.

Guests' pets, under their owners responsibility, are welcome at Etap Hotel. Only one animal may be accepted per room, at a rate of €2 (£1.00 in Great-Britain, €3 in the Netherlands and Hungary, €4 in Germany, CHF 10.00 in Switzerland, PLN 5 in Poland) per night. For hygiene reasons, pets are not permitted in the cafeteria during breakfast.
Dogs must be kept on a lead in the hotel.
