If you wish to reserve a room for the same day, you must book before 7 p.m. (local time of the country where the hotel is located).

For other reservations, you can book at any time day or night.

On Internet you can book up to 2 rooms for 6 consecutive nights at the same Etap Hotel.

If you wish to book more rooms or more nights, you can make a further reservation.


> How can I be sure my reservation has been properly registered?

The reservation number which is communicated to you when you complete your booking (e.g. 308263) is your guarantee that your reservation has been definitively registered.

Completed reservations are confirmed by an e-mail sent to the address entered on the reservation form. This is a default option. If you do not wish to receive e-mail confirmation, deselect the option by clicking on "No".

You can also check your reservation by clicking on "View / Cancel" on the home page of www.etaphotel.com. Enter the reservation number and validate.

Reservations are considered firm orders. Rooms are reserved from 12 midday to 12 midday. All reservations made on the Internet are guaranteed.

Consequences of guaranteed reservation :
We are committed to keeping the reservation until 12 midday the following day. This guarantee ensures the reservation of your room after 7 p.m., regardless of your arrival time.
